The Computer Shop offers a full range of residential services, from routine in-house repairs to more complex on-site services. Below are our fixed rates for many of the services that we provide. Our goal is to communicate to our customers the pricing before they bring their computer in for service. 8 Point Checkup - $150.00
Virus, spyware and malware scans and removal, as well as removal of all temporary files, system blow-out, hard drive and start-up program optimization, CD-ROM cleaning, Windows operating system and basic security updating, and anti-virus installation.

Return to Factory Settings - $120.00
Restores the computer to its original condition- removal of all unneeded programs, and installation of the most current versions of Acrobat Reader, Flash, Java, system drivers, anti-virus software, Open Office, DVD Player, CD/DVD-RW burning program, and any available security updates

Backup and Restore Critical Information - $60.00
Backup of documents, pictures, music and anything else classified as important.
This is recommended for all systems before work is done.

Software Installations - $60.00
Installation of software provided by the customers.

Laptop Diagnostics - $60.00
Diagnosis of hardware issues on laptops.

PC Diagnostics - $45.00
Diagnosis of software problems or hardware issues on PC’s.

General Computer Repair - $60.00/Hr
Other repairs not listed above.

On-site Service - $95.00/Hr
Service at your business or home.

Network Service - $125.00/Hr
Design, trouble-shooting or initialization supported servers and networks.
