 1. Remote monitoring and alerting – We remotely monitor your systems, keeping track of critical software components such as virus definitions, critical updates, spyware, and hardware health. We can
also remotely monitor the course and completion of server backups.

2. Critical software – Our plans include licensing for anti-virus, anti-spyware and remote management software. We remove the burden of maintaining software licensing, which delivers peace of mind.

3. Remote support – When, in spite of preventative measures, a problem does arise we can immediately access your systems remotely. This drastically reduces and sometimes eliminates down time. Our remote support is also more cost-effective costly then on-site time.

4. On-site service – Our contract customers get top priority when on-site service is needed. Our maintenance agreements come standard with a four or twelve hour response time, guaranteed.

5. Monthly report – We provide a monthly report that evaluates virus/spyware activity, critical update status and any potential hardware issues.

6. Security vulnerability scan – We provide a quarterly scan that exposes any weaknesses in network security. A report is generated and reviewed with the customer.

7. Discounts – Hardware, software, and any additional labor costs are discounted for customers with maintenance agreements.

A maintenance agreement provided by The Computer Shop it is like having your own IT department! Service agreement plans start at $14.99/month per workstation.

We feel that a service plan is the best way to maintain a computer network. However, we also offer on-site services for customers without service agreements. Please call for rates.
